This sleeve was made as a gift for a friend—I don’t own an ipad myself, but I do covet them!
A shoulder strap option is included for that sling over the shoulder on the go type person. Have fun with the stitching (Continue Reading...)
Holiday gift wrap using the fast2fuse craft pack
…
The challenge: To decorate some holiday gift packages using only fast2fuse® craft packs, some brown paper wrapping, and what was on hand in my studio.
Being someone who is known for my over-the-top gift wrapping, I was a little worried. Fabric and fast2fuse Heart Ornaments
I came up with these heart ornaments as thank you gifts for all the wonderful women that helped me make projects for the Super-Simple Creative Costumes book. They were fun, easy to make, and used up some scraps from other book projects I had hanging around. Soon I had more than I needed for my thank you’s so they became Christmas ornaments, gift card holders and even package tags. I hope you have as much fun with them as I (Continue Reading...)
Mary Link’s No-Sew, Fabric Animals Project
Here’s another great project out of 100+ No-Sew Fabric Crafts for Kids by Mary Link. Make a zany zoo or a dinosaur park for a dresser top. These creatures come with slotted parts that slide together, so the critters can really come to life and stand on their own.
Fun Fruit Laces Project from 100+ No-Sew Fabric Crafts for Kids
This is a great skill-building toy right out of 100+ No-Sew Fabric Crafts for Kids by Mary Link. The colorful pieces of fruit are very appealing to preschoolers, and little fingers will gain fine motor skills by lacing the string through the holes.
