In the past I have stayed with patterns and quilt kits learning techniques and improving the craft, but recently I have started to me more confident and creative designing myself.

I think I’m both a pattern and process person. I like to see the pattern and directions, then make it my way. I love the tree stars shown and would love to get this book to try those out.

I have always used patterns, but it would be interesting to try to draft my own.
