I love her Storm at Sea variation- I’ve not yet attempted that block because the pieces are soooo small, but as one GIANT block it would be much more doable! Love it. Might have to add that book to the ever-growing Christmas wish list. Thanks for the giveaway chance!

I love the Storm at Sea element. I live on the Gulf Coast and love the water and the many colors that inhabit our Gulf. I would love to make this one.

At first, I liked the log cabin shown above. But, after visitng Emily’s blog, I would like to see more of the pinwheels shown on the book cover. Would love to have this book!

My favorite is her Lone Star…I would never tackle a “real” Lone Star, but her patterns make the difficult do-able.

I love the “floaty things” on your own wall. Great idea. And I love the rug in your daughter’s room too. Looks like some great ideas to update traditional designs. Good on ya!

From the photos I’ve seen, the pinwheel circles quilt on the cover is my favorite. I like the randomness and freedom of the design. Can’t wait to see all the others inside!

I think the one I like is the Ohio Star Project in the April Cornell fabric, the texture in that quilt is incredible.
