The C&T Publishing Creative Troupers have certainly been putting their creative talents to good use lately. Here are some highlights I found while surfing through their blog links:
First up, Wendy Sheppard is getting ready for spring with her new Sweet Picket Fence Quilt, which is featured in the latest issue of The Quilter Magazine. Whimsical butterflies, sweet blue birds and a polka dotted picket fence decorate this beautiful quilt.
Combining practicality with creativity, Dale Ann Potter gives you the pattern for this great needle organizer chart.
Looking to send a card just to tell someone you are thinking about them? Michon Kessler gives you the directions for this Happy Hello card using distressed ink, clear embossing, and faux stitched paper. This project is a quick way to make a sweet gift.
Remember when you used to play doctor with a doctor’s kit or pretended to be a chef with plastic hamburger patties? Michelle Tang’s felt lunch materials are a great modern version of that game. Michelle used just the materials from her current felt stash…no purchase necessary!
First there was the iPod, then the iPhone and iTouch, and now the iPad! So many gadgets to decorate! But Robyn Betts has a fresh idea for combining your love of tech goodies with your artistic ability. Use this iPod touch cover tutorial for a versatile and stylish way to protect your iPod.
These are just a few of the dozens of amazing projects our Creative Troupers have come up with lately. Are you a Trouper yet? Click here for all the details about Creative Troupe membership, and check out the Creative Troupers’ blog links here.

Wow, we’ve got some really talented people in the Creative Troupe.
I’m a member of the Creative Troupe (#1080647) but don’t see my name on the list. Or maybe I’m blind and just missed it (known to happen, believe me).
Kathryn,
Thanks for including my Sweet Picket Fence project in the round-up! :) I am honored.
I wrote you an email — just want to let you know in case you have your spam filter on.
Have a great day.
Wow! Thanks for featuring my tutorial on your blog! I love to see what the other Troupers are working on, too. Great stuff!
Dale’s needle organizer is genius! Love it.
Sue,
So sorry your blog link is missing from the Links page. I’m looking into it and will email you when it’s up. Thanks for the heads up!
I have loved quilting since I was a young girl. My grandmother had an arbor over her driveway and in the summer, she would set-up a quilt. It was on a pulley so that the cars could get in and out. It was so much fun being with my grandmother and my mother and enjoying something we all loved to do.
