Our next blog giveaway is a fantastic prize pack including all four of Bari J.’s debut sewing patterns, Izzy Pin Cushion and Toy, Kitchen Art Accessories, The State Street Tote, and the Green Living Market Bag. The prize pack will also include a kit for the State Street Tote consisting of one of Bari’s signature spring closures, purse feet, fabric, and all other materials needed to make the project!
About the patterns
Each pattern has a little something extra in the directions: The Kitchen Art Accessories pattern has directions for fabric collage using free-motion quilting, plus embroidery stitch directions for the leaf of the pear pot holder. The Izzy Pincushion has directions for the blanket stitch for appliqué and for a nifty rolled rose in felt.
The State Street Tote pattern features either a magnetic closure or Bari J.’s signature spring closure, and the Green Living Market bag pattern features instructions for French seams and a really neat way to do a double sided cuff.

love the market bags and also the makeup bags, need to order them for my grown daughters for their Easter baskets, still kids at heart. The fabric lines would make great kitchen curtains and place mats/ table runner, so pretty to look at each day / might not want to open the curtain.

These fabrics remind me of curtain we had on our sunroom when I was a little girl – only with a much more modern twist. Lovely! I’d have to say the market bag or the makeup bags would be on my wish list.

I dream of a new kitchen–so probably the kitchen art. As far as the fabric goes, I am overwhelmed with possibilities, but I can promise it would be put to good use. Thanks for the chance.
The item in Bari J’s collection that I like the best is Alison Wristlet in “Full Bloom” Lavender Cherry Blossoms. I would make the quilt Garden Tea Party out of the Full Bloom fabric. Thank you for the wonderful designs.
I love all the products, but especially the aprons.
The state street tote is fabulous.
Love the Lizzie Pocket; think the Green Cherry Blossom one is my favorite.
Since I’m in the process of a kitchen makeover, I’d use the Kitchen Art with the fabric for my new curtains to make some new pot holders, etc. They look too nice to use!
Love those tote patterns. I love using them for trips to put my supplies in and would love to make my own and customize it with lots of pockets.

I’ve been following Bari J for a long time and am glad to see her success. Her State Street Tote appeals to me, for I always need a new bag to tote things in. One thing that is remarkable about her is her ability to give you that extra touch–go the extra mile in her instructions and design. (I’m also thinking of that quilt she first designed with the scalloped border–interesting and new!)
If I had her line of fabrics, it would be made up into a quilt to snuggle under. Even in summer, we need a little quilt if only to ward off the air conditioning here and there, and in winter–always useful.
Thanks for running this give-away. It reminds me to look afresh at designers I’m familiar with, or to explore new fabrics and patterns.
I’m a big purse and tote fan so I’d have to say I’d make them, but my daughter would be thrilled if I got the pincushion/toy pattern.

I love the Full Bloom fabric line! As I was pondering what I would make I had a Eureka moment. I would bond the fabric to paper or interfacing to make book cloth. I would use it to cover hand-made journals for my Dream Group friends. There’s such a nice varietyj, so, each one could have a different look.
Love, Love these patterns! Would love to win one! Please keep them coming.

I would make a gorgeous, flirty apron and tablecloth, lay out a fantastic spread of food and invite my friends over for a summer party on the patio!!

Love that Green Living Market bag — would NEVER forget to take a couple of those to the grocery! Love the fabric line — I’ll need to have some of that!
I love your sense of color that you use in all your patterns. It really brings them to life and jumps off the shelf in the store infront of other patterns.
All the projects are great, but I especially love the market bags. I can never throw fabric scraps away, I always wan to use every bit, I’m making bags for family members to use when they shop. great stuff.
Love the State Street Tote. Gonna subscribe as soon as I’m done here. OK, I’m done!
