i am making this quilt for a friend who is turning 50..i have measured and measured but the appliques dont seem big enough…the stem of the cake stand is at the bottom of the background fabric and the glow says it should be at the very top of the background fabric..all the appliques only come about half way up the background fabric..there must be something i am missing..i used the templates that was provided..i wonder if anyone else has this problem…it sure is cute tho..
