I’m amused by childless people who choose to treat their pets as they would children. I’m also greatful to them, because if they don’t actually want (or feel up to raising) children but want to dress someone up, then it’s better that they dress up the dog than have kids purely to satisfy that urge to dress someone up. However, if I tried to put my dog in one of those outfits, she would avoid me as much as possibile for the next few days.
