QuilterBridget:
The tips and techniques used in this book are helpful no matter what version of Photoshop Elements you have! The instructions are written for the Windows version of PSE 6, but the key commands can be easily adapted for Mac users. Plus, the Windows program interface is pretty much identical to the Mac version, so the screenshots are easy to follow. I have a Mac and was able to do the exercises just fine!

If you're concerned about program costs, don't worry! The book comes with a CD full of beautiful photos and add-ons, and contains a free trial version of PSE for Windows so you can work on the book exercises before buying the program! Who knew you could have your cake and eat it too!

What version of Photoshop Elements is needed in order to fully utilize this book? I currently do not have Photoshop to begin with, and if I have to have THAT program for the book, then I'd want the oldest version possible (so I won't have to pay an arm and a leg for the current version!).

I'm really happy to see a book get released that provides insights on PhotoShop elements for quilters, fibre-artists. Wonderful news! This form of art is so creative too. I can't wait to check out this book. I'm sure it is delightful, as I love all of my CT publishers' books!
