Fiskars is a great company — I bought a defective corner punch last month, and they were super swift and gracious about the entire experience. I’m a devoted fan, and have been since I bought the shears, rotary cutter and self-healing mat 10 years ago. I also use their scissors sharpener and paper-cutting rotary blade. Great company and great customer service.
I enjoy so many of Fiskars product, I have the scissors staight cut and design cuts, punches,stamps, and the list goes on. But I really like the way they care what you think, they ask for input on future product, they have a wonderful site full of great poeple to share our craft adventures with.

Fiskars products are really fabulous–haven’t used one that I didn’t really like yet. For me there are two big reasons that the Fiskars company is a stand out operation
1. They make quality products but if one breaks, the no-hassle replacement policy rocks.
2. They created the super Fiskateer community. They ask for our opinions and use the information they receive.

Gosh I love so much about Fiskars – I love their great products, the squeeze punches are so easy for anyone to use, including young kids up to arthritic elderly people, I love the Fiskateer programme and the supportive environment there for all from beginners to experienced, basically I love everything about Fiskars.
Their incredible customer service-have a problem with one of their tools-contact them and it’s taken care of. They always treat you politely and with respect. They are the benchmark for the rest of consumer oriented businesses.

I’ve used their scissors forever. Being able to cut – fabric, paper, etc. is wonderful.
I love the quality, and awesome array of products. I love the fact that they are innovative, always on the cutting edge (no pun intended) of what is hip, current, AND tried and true, the fact that there are so many wonderful talented and caring ambassadors, and that the company seems to really care about their friends aka customers, and the fact that they take the time to listen to us. Quality, quality, quality! Fiskars makes some of the best scissors and crafting tools on the market. Their punches are cutting edge.
I first discovered Fiskars when I began quilting…and needed a rotary cutter. I now have their basic gray and orange rotary cutter in the 28mm, 45mm and 60mm sizes. What really impresses me is the customer service. A few years ago I had a problem with one of my cutters and last year I had a nicked blade. They were prompt to rectify the problem. You can have the best product in the world, but without good customer service you may as sell junk.
I love all of their stuff.
As I have rheumatoid arthritis I love Fiskars ergonomic spring-action scissors and the ergonomic rotary cutter handle. These tools help to make my sewing life a bit more comfortable.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my rotary paper trimmer! I actually bought it for my sister in law about 8 yrs ago for Christmas. I opened the box to try it out, and after a week of using it myself, I sent my husband to buy her another one. :) Under the tree on chrsitmas morning I found all the different blades that he bought me to go with it! :)
I have some of the Fiskars Shape Templates and Cutter. I especially love the Butterfly shape. It works out beautifully. Happy days.
I can remember as a young girl being taught by my grandmother that “good” scissors should only be used for cutting fabric – nothing else. Those “good” scissors happened to be Fiskars. It’s a memory, and a good tip, I’ll never forget.
I really like fiskars products, they are simple to use and reasonably priced and they are always coming up with great ideas. The shape cutter and templates is my favourite.

I’ve been using and appreciating Fiskars scissors and the rotary cutter for years. When my original cutter broke I asked about repair and the company just sent me a new cutter! Can’t be better customer service than that! On a trip to Germany last year I bought at a big craft fair a set of rings by Fiskar — mainly because they were by Fiskar!
I really like Fiskars scissors — good quality at a good price, and they stay sharp for a long time. Also, the variety of different types available means there’s almost always a Fiskars choice to meet your needs.

I have a pair of Fiskars sharp-pointed (embroidery?) scissors and I love them. They are especially good when I have to remove stitches because the tiny points will snip the threads without cutting the fabric. I also love my large dressmaker shears too. They are really good for cutting heavy fabrics. And I love my Fiscars rotary cutter! It is tiny but mighty.
