I like the tip about using the inchie ruler tape. I can’t always get my stitches exact either! And not sewing through all the layers was a great idea – using the stitches as “embellishment” – thanks for the close-up view. It’s beautiful!

I have a couple of grandson’s that this would make a terrific quilt for. I’m thinking Christmas and I have flannel I bought years ago that has been just waiting for this!!! Thanks..mary

I really like the rectangular blocks using the plaids. It is more interesting than a square block would be. The sashing and buttons are a whimsical touch that adds to the overall effect. Great job of designing and using scraps at the same time.

that is really a pretty quilt and I do not like plaids! But, I sure like that one…
