Sara! We are so proud of all of your hard work! God is blessing you and you have so much to share with the other girls at Grace Temple COGIC! You have not "hidden your talent" but have been diligent sharing it with the other children who count on your helping them learn, sew and create. Never forget to be thankful.
Love,
Mom and Dad

[...] This sophisticated fiber art is the work of quilter, video instructor, and craft author Sara Trail. See Sara’s photo on the cover of her new DVD? That’s right: She’s 14 years old. Holy mackeroly. I’m giving C&T Publishing big props for recognizing and supporting young talent. Her DVD, Cool Stuff to Sew with Sara, is available now, and her first book comes out in June. Read more about Sara on the C&T Publishing blog. [...]

Just wonderful. I love how Sarah used the stripes in the robe. Positioning part of the cross off the quilt MAKES this piece. Although the face is made with only a few fabrics, it shows great expression.... reminds me of Pamela Allen's faces, too. Sara is going places for sure!
