Instructions:
- Dye canvas book with Rit Dye using 2 parts color to 1 part Tan. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for dyeing. Immerse the book into the dye solution and leave to air dry.
- Using a flat brush, apply a small amount (dry brush) of Metallic Gold Lumiere paint onto the front and back of canvas book.
- Cut 2 sheets of fast2fuse to fit the inside of each cover. Insert cut fast2fuse into each cover.
- Following manufacturer’s instructions, apply Steam-A-Seam 2 to the wrong side of 5” x 7” patterned fabric. Remove film and fuse fabric to the front of canvas book.
- Cut one 3½” x 5½” piece from brown paper bag. Paint bag with Metallic Gold Lumiere. Let dry. Adhere painted bag to the front of book with Fabri-Tac.
- Cut one 3” x 3¾” piece from fast2fuse. Paint fast2fuse with a mixture of Brown and Golden Yellow Dye-na-flow. Work the color into fast2fuse with gloved hands. Let dry completely.
- Stamp painted fast2fuse with script stamp loaded with brown pigment ink.
- Plug in the Creative Textile Tool. Cover painted fast2fuse with baking parchment. Working on a glass mat or surface, very quickly hot stamp a design around the perimeter of the painted fast2fuse. Remove parchment paper, and brush design with Pearl-Ex pigment powder. Note: it is best to hot stamp (test) on a scrap before stamping the entire piece. The tool is very hot, the longer it is left on the parchment the deeper the hot stamped image will be.
- Cut a heart shape from patterned fabric. Audition heart onto painted/ stamped fast2fuse. Cover heart with baking parchment and fuse heart in place. Dry brush heart with Metallic Gold Lumiere. Edge fast2fuse and raw edges of book with 18 KT Gold Leaf Pen. Adhere completed fast2fuse onto the front of book (center onto the painted brown paper bag)
- Paint lace with Tea Dye ink. When dry, adhere lace under the heart.
- Dry brush button with Metallic Gold Lumiere. Glue painted button to the front of the heart.
- Cut and insert dowel to fit inside the spine of the completed canvas book.

Genius… What a great idea. Have you try to sell it ?
The design was not far from natural album which best seller here in Bali, but the material is different. It made from natural leaf.
